TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure a date, which is applied towards the balance. The remainder is due no later than the day of the party prior to setup

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule your party the deposit can be applied towards an available date as long as the event occurs within 90 days of the original booking date

  • Pitched 2 Perfection reserves the right to refuse setup if the home or site is deemed to be unsuitable or unsafe. In such case no refund will be given.  

  • Smoke-Free Policy: We only setup in a smoke free environment. The party assistant is unable to setup if the aroma of smoke is detected. In such case no refund will be given. 

  • Hired equipment will be set in one location as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup. 

  • Travel Fee: Applies for all parties booked. Mileage includes travel the day of the party and returning the next day for pickup.

INDOOR TEEPEE PARTY

  • I understand that the driveway must allow for a parking space to allow the party assistant to park during setup and pickup

  • The floor must be sweep/ mopped or vacuumed before setup

  • I understand that the party assistants are not able to move furniture

  • I agree to have the furniture moved before the party assistant arrives

  • All lap trays and mattresses will be free of clutter, trash and personal items prior to pickup. 

  • I understand that an adult (18 years or older) must be in the home during setup and pickup. 

  • I agree to keep polish, slime, markers away from the slumber party setup. 

  • If discovered, I agree to pay for any damages to the slumber party equipment at the time of pickup.

OUTDOOR BELL TENT & TEEPEE PICNICS

  • Pitched 2 Perfection reserves the right to refuse setup if the home or site is deemed to be unsuitable or unsafe. In such case no refund will be given.  

  • Smoke-Free Policy: We only setup in a smoke free environment. The party assistant is unable to setup if the aroma of smoke is detected. In such case no refund will be given. 

  • Hired equipment will be set in one location as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup. 

  • The lawn will freshly mowed and free of lawn debris and any pet waste.

  • I agree to turn off the sprinkler system 48 hours before setup and keep it off while the equipment is in my possession.
