FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
    Yes our smallest package is for 3-4 tents. You can select from our standard, deluxe or exclusive package.
  • NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
    We only setup in a smoke-free home or environment.
  • HOW DO I BOOK A SLUMBER PARTY?
    You can book a slumber party by contacting us at (910) 922-6621 to get a listing of available dates or send us a message (See tab above)
  • DO YOU TRAVEL?
    Yes we travel anywhere in North and South Carolina. Mileage applies for all parties booked
  • WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
    We recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind. A reservation can be made up to a year in advance.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    You can cancel a slumber party. The deposit in non-refundable.
  • NATURAL DISASTER OR INCLEMENT WEATHER
    In the event of a natural disaster (Natural disaster is as a natural event such as a flood, earthquake, or hurricane that causes damage) your party can be rescheduled. In the event of Inclement weather (Inclement weather is defined as any severe or harsh weather condition that makes it unsafe or impratical to travel: snow, sleet, frigid temperatures or heavy rain) your party can be rescheduled
  • DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BOOK A SLUMBER PARTY?
    Yes, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date which is applied towards the balance.
  • HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
    VENMO ZELLE CASHAPP VISA OR MASTERCARD by phone Once you complete the CONTACT US form and the date is confirmed as available you will be given details on how to make your payment
  • CAN TENTS BE SETUP ON THE SECOND FLOOR OR BASEMENT?
    Yes, there is a $50 fee to setup a party on the second floor or basement. We can not setup a party higher than the second floor unless there is an elevator available for transport.
